Cancellation & Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, partially completed packages and no-shows. Please contact us immediately if you must reschedule or cancel your reservation. You may call us at 1(702) 723-7158 and submit an email to: info@invictusexperience.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance of your reservation, you will receive a full refund minus a 15% booking fee. If you cancel in less-than 72 hours from the scheduled reservation, you will receive a 50% refund.
Group Cancellation & Refund Policy: A group constitutes 2 or more paid clients. I understand that if I cancel my reservation at least 72 hours before the scheduled event, I will receive a full refund minus a the 25% cancellation fee. However, if I cancel my reservation in less than 72 hours of a scheduled event, I will receive a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee. If I cancel the reservation within 72 hours of the scheduled event and transportation was coordinated for my group, then the cancellation fee will include the $500.00 plus the cost for transportation arrangements. I understand that if I cancel a fully prepaid large group or private event within 24 hours of the reservation time, I will not receive a refund. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us immediately at 1(702) 723-7158 or email: info@invictusexperience.com I understand that should any one (1) member of my group arrive under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol that individual will not be permitted to participate in any activities and no refund will be issued. **Additional conditions apply to eligibility.
Gift Certificates: All gift certificates purchased are non-refundable. Gift Certificates may be redeemed by recipient up to 1 year from sender’s date of delivery. Gift certificates may not be transferred or resold for cash value.
Online Privacy Policy: When booking a reservation, you will be required to provide a valid email address to receive an automated confirmation. All billing information must match what is on file for the credit card you have used for payment. We value your privacy, your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
Your Information Is Protected: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. All supplied sensitive/credit information only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such information, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored by The Invictus Experience.
SPAM Filters: Once a reservation has been made, you will automatically receive an email from us confirming your reservation. You are also responsible for ensuring that any SPAM filters recognize e-mail originating from us. If you fail to receive e-mail confirmations from us, please check with the provider of your e-mail account and/or the SPAM filter associated with your e-mail account. The email will come from a staff member.
Photo & Video Policy: The Invictus Experience reserves the right to use any photos and video footage for promotional or advertising purposes unless otherwise agreed upon by and between The Invictus Experience and the client.
Eligibility Conditions:
The conditions listed below WILL PROHIBIT any individual or group member from participating in The Invictus Experience activities, and in certain cases be legally prohibited from being present on the premises.
Persons legally prohibited from possessing or handling firearms that falsely endorse our Indemnity Waiver and proceed with shooting activities may be subject to criminal charges. Individuals or group members MAY NOT be:

Convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year (felony) and/or convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

A fugitive from justice

Dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces

Adjudicated mentally defective or have been admitted to a mental institution

Pregnant

No minor under the age of 18 years old will be permitted for shooting exercises and driving experiences.
